* Amongst many old disputes festering in the Courts for long periods, a Civil Suit between two close relatives pending in various Courts for at least 31 years being Title Suit No. 16 of 2010 arising out of Civil Suit No. 37 of 1981 in the matter of Jeetendra Ram Prasad vs. Samundri Devi was finally settled in mediation held at the Mediation Centre, East at Gangtok on 24th May, 2012 much to the relief of the litigating parties and the Referral Court.
